Databricks is seeking an experienced pre-sales professional to define and direct the technical strategy for large Retail and CPG accounts. You will collaborate with AEs and a hands-on team to drive adoption of ML & AI solutions, leveraging your expertise in value selling, data science, and cloud technologies.

You will guide 1–5 major clients as the technical voice, shaping product adoption, and building champions within their organizations.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in very large Retail/CPG accounts (> $1m ARR).
• 4+ years in pre-sales or supporting sales activity.
• Technical in big data, data science, and cloud.
• 4+ years design/implementation in big data technologies such as Hadoop, NoSQL, MPP, OLTP, and OLAP, or full lifecycle data science solutions.
• Production programming experience in Python, R, Scala, or Java.
• Nice to have: Databricks Certification

Responsabilidades

• You will work with 1-5 clients as the main technical voice for Databricks.
• You will lead your customers on a transformational journey, helping them to evaluate and adopt Databricks as part of their strategy.
• You will implement the technical strategy in the account, with a close understanding of the strategy.
• Build a movement of technical champions within the account.
• Align technical strategies around Databricks solutions.
• You will provide structured mentorship for other team members
