Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in very large Retail and CPG space (> $1m ARR).
• 4+ years in a pre-sales capacity or supporting sales activity.
• Technical in big data, data science, and cloud.
• Experience with design/implementation in Hadoop, NoSQL, MPP, OLTP/OLAP or full lifecycle data science solutions.
• Production data systems maintenance and evolution.
• Proficiency in Python, R, Scala, or Java.
• Nice to have: Databricks Certification.

Responsibilities

• You will work with 1-5 clients as the main technical voice for Databricks.
• Lead customers on a transformational journey to adopt Databricks.
• Implement the technical strategy in the account.
• Build a movement of technical champions within the account.
• Align technical strategies around Databricks solutions.
• Provide structured mentorship for other team members.
