Databricks Inc. is seeking an experienced pre-sales Senior Solutions Architect for the Retail and CPG space. You will partner with Account Executives to define and drive the technical strategy, ensuring adoption of Databricks across large enterprise accounts.

You will leverage your deep expertise in big data, data science and cloud, lead proofs of concept, and mentor a team of specialists to accelerate customer success and value realization.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of experience in very large Retail/CPG accounts with >$1m ARR.
• 4+ years in a pre-sales capacity or supporting sales activity.
• Technical expertise in big data, data science, and cloud.
• Ability to drive data-driven business transformation and change.
• 4+ years design/implementation experience with Hadoop, NoSQL, MPP, OLTP, and OLAP, or full lifecycle data science solutions.
• Production programming experience in Python, R, Scala, or Java.
• Nice to have: Databricks Certification.

Responsabilidades

• Be the main technical voice for Databricks with 1-5 clients.
• Lead customers on a transformational journey to evaluate and adopt Databricks as part of their strategy.
• Implement the technical strategy within the account with close alignment to overall strategy.
• Build a movement of technical champions inside the account.
• Align technical strategies around Databricks solutions.
• Provide structured mentorship for other team members.
