Job summary

Databricks in the United States is seeking an experienced pre-sales professional to serve as the primary technical voice for 1–5 large Retail/CPG accounts. You will define and direct the technical strategy, guiding customers toward data-driven transformations and broader adoption of ML & AI across their organizations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Retail/CPG space with large accounts (>$1M ARR).
• 3+ years in pre-sales or supporting sales.
• Experience with big data tech (Hadoop, NoSQL, MPP, OLTP/OLAP).
• Proven data-driven business transformation experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve 1–5 clients as the primary technical voice for Databricks.
• Define and lead the technical strategy for key accounts.
• Collaborate with AEs and hands-on resources to drive POC and adoption.
• Mentor other team members and align technical strategies with Databricks solutions.
