Job summary

Appian is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to drive the technology evaluation stage of enterprise sales and act as the primary technical advisor for Appian. You’ll architect bespoke Proofs of Concepts (POCs) and Proofs of Values (POVs), engage C-level buyers, mentor junior team members, and help shape the Enterprise-Grade Orchestration roadmap within Fortune 500 environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years in Solutions Consulting, Pre-Sales, or equivalent enterprise software roles.
Strong fluency in enterprise app architecture, REST APIs, SQL, cloud environments.
Proven track record delivering technical demos, prototypes, or POCs/POVs.

Responsibilities

Lead technical strategy with Account Executives to hit regional sales goals.
Architect and deliver high-quality POCs/POVs for enterprise customers.
Present complex architectures to C-level buyers and position Appian's capabilities.
Drive technical responses for RFPs/RFIs and manage objections with credibility.
Collaborate with Product Management to relay real-world customer requirements.
Mentor junior team members and contribute reusable assets for scalability.
