Appian, a leader in AI-powered automation, seeks a Senior Advisory Solutions Consultant to guide strategic accounts, collaborate with sales leaders, and translate complex requirements into actionable technical solutions.

As a remote role with field responsibilities for federal and enterprise clients, you will own technical strategy, run workshops, and drive orchestration across ERP, CRM, data, and AI components.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/Engineering or a related field.
• 8+ years in pre-sales/solutions consulting or 10+ years in enterprise services.
• Strong technical fluency in modern languages and databases.

Responsibilities

• Own Account Strategy: Own the technical strategy for strategic accounts and complex sales campaigns.
• Facilitate Executive Workshops: Lead customer roadmap sessions and executive discussions to connect objectives to Appian capabilities.
• Architect Custom Solutions: Lead scoping, design, and delivery of high-quality PoCs with executive sponsorship.
• Navigate Complex Landscapes: Understand ERP, CRM, data, AI, and development landscapes to integrate Appian.
• Own Technical Validation: Direct the technical response for RFIs, RFPs, security reviews, and architecture discussions.
• Influence Product Roadmap: Feed real-world customer requirements to Product Management for long-term roadmap.
• Scale & Mentor: Coach peers, lead enablement, and share reusable assets.
