Job summary

Appian is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to drive the technology evaluation phase, acting as the primary technical advisor and product advocate. You will engineer bespoke POCs that address Fortune 500 challenges while collaborating with executives and mentoring junior staff.

This remote role supports travel to customer locations and field events, aligning with Appian’s Enterprise-Grade Orchestration platform and strategic sales efforts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in solutions consulting or related client-facing roles in enterprise software sales.
• Strong technical fluency in enterprise architecture and modern development languages.
• Proven ability to deliver technical demos, POCs/POVs, and complex discovery.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical strategy with Account Executives to win high-value accounts.
• Architect and deliver custom Proof of Concepts and Proof of Values for prospects.
• Present complex architectures to C-level stakeholders and address objections.
• Drive technical validation for RFPs/RFIs and shape product direction.
