Job summary

ICF’s Technology Ecosystem Alliances and Practices team seeks a growth‑oriented Senior Appian Practice Solution Architect to lead technical solutioning for priority pursuits, shape client conversations, build demos and proofs of value, and advise delivery teams in a federal context.

This role is approximately 75% pre‑sales and growth support and 25% delivery advisory, blending hands‑on Appian work with executive engagement, pricing discussions, and asset development.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technology leadership in modernization, integration, or workflow platforms.
• 5+ years leading Appian solutioning for pre‑sales, capture, and client shaping.
• 5+ years delivering Appian solutions in federal contexts.
• U.S. citizenship and eligibility for security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Appian technical solutioning for priority federal pursuits, including RFIs/RFPs and demos.
• Shape client conversations, frame options, and assess business value.
• Maintain Appian demo/backlog, deliver tailored demonstrations and POVs.
• Partner with capture, BD, pricing, and delivery teams on LOE estimates and plans.
• Provide architecture guidance and risk assessments to delivery programs.
