Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Site Contracts Manager to develop and negotiate US site budgets and clinical trial agreements for sponsor-dedicated programs, including oncology-focused studies.

You will collaborate with internal teams, academic partners, and CROs to drive timely CTAs while mitigating risk. Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of budget/contract experience, strong negotiation skills, and a track record in coordinating multiple projects across therapeutic areas.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building budgets and contracts from templates.
• Experience negotiating with large academic institutions.
• Strong project management skills and ability to lead crossfunctional efforts.

Responsibilities

• Budget planning, template development, and language for Pharma & Vaccine trials.
• Lead direct negotiations with academic institutions and other stakeholders.
• Draft and finalize clinical trial agreements balancing business and protections.
• Coordinate multiple contracting projects across therapeutic areas; oncology preferred.
• Demonstrate strong communication and maintain trackers and databases.
