You will develop US site budgets, negotiate CTAs with major academic institutions, and lead multi-therapeutic contracting projects to enable efficient, compliant study execution.

The role emphasizes oncology experience, strong project management, and collaboration with internal teams to minimize risk while delivering strategic value for pharma and vaccine trials.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building budgets and contracts from templates.
• Direct experience negotiating with large academic institutions.
• Ability to juggle priorities, lead projects, and deliver results under tight timelines.
• Strong understanding of clinical study protocols, timelines, and site-related milestones.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting: Build US site budgets and study-specific language for Pharma & Vaccine trials; refine templates for consistency and compliance.
• Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with academic institutions; draft and finalize CTAs balancing business and legal protections.
• Project Leadership: Manage multiple contracting projects across therapeutic areas; anticipate risks and escalations.
• Tools & Communication: Demonstrate proficiency in Excel and CTMS; maintain trackers and communicate updates clearly.
• Compliance & Collaboration: Stay updated on GCP, sponsor processes, SOPs, and drive process improvements.
