Qualifications

• 4+ years building budgets and contracts from templates.
• Direct experience negotiating with large academic institutions.
• Solid understanding of clinical study protocols, timelines and siterelated milestones (SIV).

Responsibilities

• Develop, negotiate and manage US site budgets and clinical trial agreements.
• Lead direct negotiations with academic institutions and other stakeholders.
• Draft and finalize CTAs balancing business objectives with protections.
• Conduct due diligence checks (FMV, site justification) as needed.
• Lead multiple contracting projects across therapeutic areas, prioritizing timelines.
