Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Site Contracts Manager for a sponsor-dedicated program. The role focuses on developing, negotiating, and managing US site budgets and clinical trial agreements with academic institutions to enable efficient trials.

You will lead negotiations, manage timelines, and ensure compliance while collaborating with internal teams across oncology and other therapeutic areas. A strong communicator and project leader is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building budgets and contracts from templates.
• Direct experience negotiating with large academic institutions.
• Ability to juggle priorities, lead projects, and deliver results under tight timelines.
• Strong understanding of clinical study protocols, timelines, and siterelated milestones (e.g., SIV).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop US site budgets and study-specific language for Pharma & Vaccine trials.
• Lead direct negotiations with academic institutions and key stakeholders.
• Draft and finalize CTAs balancing business objectives with protections.
• Conduct due diligence checks (FMV, site justification) when offers are declined.
• Lead multiple contracting projects across therapeutic areas, with oncology focus as preferred.
