Qualifications

• 4+ years building budgets and contracts from templates.
• Direct experience negotiating with large academic institutions.
• Ability to juggle priorities, lead projects, and deliver results under tight timelines.
• Strong understanding of clinical study protocols, timelines, and siterelated milestones (e.g., SIV).
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Build US site budgets and study-specific budget language for Pharma & Vaccine clinical trials.
• Lead negotiations with academic institutions and other stakeholders.
• Draft and finalize clinical trial agreements balancing business objectives with legal and operational protections.
• Manage multiple contracting projects across several therapeutic areas (oncology experience strongly preferred).
• Maintain accurate and timely updates in departmental trackers and databases.
