Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Site Contracts Manager to develop and negotiate US site budgets and clinical trial agreements for sponsor-dedicated programs.

You will collaborate with internal teams, academic partners, and stakeholders to craft robust contracts that minimize risk and enable timely CTA execution. The role emphasizes leadership across multiple trials, experience with oncology projects, and strong proficiency in Excel and CTMS.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building budgets and contracts from templates.
• Direct experience negotiating with large academic institutions.
• Ability to juggle priorities, lead projects, and deliver results under tight timelines.
• Strong understanding of clinical study protocols, timelines, and site-related milestones (e.g., SIV).
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting: build US site budget templates and study-specific language for Pharma & Vaccine trials.
• Lead negotiations with academic institutions and other stakeholders; finalize CTAs balancing objectives and protections.
• Drive multiple contracting projects across therapeutic areas, with oncology experience preferred.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Excel and CTMS; maintain clear updates in trackers and databases.
• Support compliance, SOPs and continuous improvement; train team members and manage risks.
