Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Site Contracts Manager (Sponsor Dedicated / Remote - US Based) to develop, negotiate, and manage US site budgets and clinical trial agreements across oncology studies.

You will collaborate with internal teams, academic partners, and vendors to drive timelines and minimize risk. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of budget and contract experience, direct negotiation with large academic institutions, and strong project management skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building budgets and contracts from templates.
• Direct experience negotiating with large academic institutions.
• Ability to juggle priorities, lead projects, and meet tight timelines.
• Strong understanding of clinical study protocols and site milestones (e.g., SIV).
• Oncology experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build US site budget templates and language for Pharma & Vaccine trials.
• Lead direct negotiations with academic institutions and other stakeholders.
• Draft and finalize clinical trial agreements balancing business objectives with protections.
• Conduct due diligence checks (FMV and site justification).
• Prioritize and lead multiple contracting projects across therapeutic areas (oncology preferred).
• Maintain trackers and communicate updates to stakeholders.
