Qualifications

• 4+ years building budgets and contracts from templates.
• Direct experience negotiating with large academic institutions.
• Ability to juggle priorities, lead projects, and deliver results under tight timelines.
• Strong understanding of clinical study protocols, timelines, and site-related milestones (e.g., SIV).
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting: Build US site budget templates and study-specific language for trials.
• Contract negotiation: Lead negotiations with academic institutions and stakeholders; draft CTAs.
• Project leadership: Manage multiple contracting projects across therapeutic areas; escalate risks as needed.
• Tools & communication: Demonstrate proficiency in Excel and CTMS; ensure timely updates.
• Compliance & collaboration: Maintain knowledge of GCP and SOPs; train team members and seek process improvements.
