Everest Clinical Research is seeking a Senior Site Contracts Specialist to independently lead negotiation, execution, and management of Clinical Trial Agreements and budgets. You will coordinate with investigative sites, sponsors, and study teams to ensure timely startup and execution.

You will mentor junior staff, support process improvements, and escalate risks to ensure study timelines are met, with opportunity to work remotely or in office.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent in a related field such as science or English/communication; Master’s or JD preferred.
• 3+ years of investigative site contracting experience with both the legal language and the budget.

Responsabilidades

• Lead negotiation, execution and management of Clinical Trial Agreements and budgets.
• Serve as liaison between investigative sites, sponsors and study teams.
• Mentor and train junior staff; support quality control and process improvements.
• Forecast and track negotiation timelines; escalate risks to ensure timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional work with Clinical Operations and Project Management for timely site start-up.
