Real Staffing Group is seeking a Clinical Trial Contract Manager for a remote contract role in the US. The role focuses on managing site budgets, negotiating and executing contracts, and overseeing payments and documentation to ensure compliance with guidelines.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in pharma/clinical research, strong budgeting experience, and proficiency in Excel/Word/Access. English fluency is required for cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or clinical research.
• Experience with clinical trial budgeting, contract negotiation, and payment management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Access; Veeva experience preferred.
• Knowledge of clinical and project management systems.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical trial site budgets and contracts to ensure alignment with fair market value and guidelines.
• Negotiate and execute site contracts and develop site budgets.
• Manage site payments and maintain contract systems and documentation.
• Support process improvements in budgeting and contracting.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Legal, Finance, Medical Affairs, and external site personnel.
