Merck is seeking a contracts and budgets professional to manage site agreements and related financials across studies. You will navigate complex negotiations, build strong site relationships, and ensure timely execution of contracts in line with ICH-GCP and country rules.

The role requires solid experience in clinical contracting, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to work remotely within the US. Regular relocation is not required, and travel is a portion of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 3+ years of experience negotiating contracts or budgets.
• JD degree preferred for advanced legal alignment.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, negotiate, and execute site agreements and budgets including CTRA, MCTRA, CDA, MCDA, IRAG, MFS, FUA, amendments and assignments.
• Coordinate with CRM/CTC/CRA/COM-R to deliver Site Ready artifacts and mitigate risks.
• Maintain contracts and budgets databases with consistent naming and saving conventions.
• Lead process improvements, SOP development, and SME support within COM and country operations.
