Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Senior Manager, ServiceNow Engineering for a remote role in the United States. The role leads enterprise ServiceNow strategy, governance, and engineering delivery, directing a team of engineers to design, develop, and continuously improve ServiceNow capabilities that enable effective enterprise service delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in managing information technology systems and projects
• 10+ years managing people
• 5+ years matrix management and influence in large IT organizations
• Extensive experience communicating with executive and operations management
• Large-scale project or program management experience

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year ServiceNow platform strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities.
• Lead platform governance, intake, demand management, and prioritization.
• Guide solution design, configuration, integration, testing, and release readiness.
• Oversee upgrades, maintenance activities, and production support.
• Lead delivery of ServiceNow enhancements across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB/CSDM and more.
• Ensure platform reliability, security, and operational excellence.
