You will drive platform value while ensuring stability, security, and scalability. The position requires 10+ years in IT leadership within a large organization, a related degree, and proven matrix-management experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience managing information technology systems and projects in a large IT department
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent
• 10+ years acquiring and managing technology professionals
• 10+ years managing people

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for ServiceNow platform, governance, and engineering delivery
• Lead a team of ServiceNow engineers and professionals for design, development, and optimization of capabilities
• Oversee platform strategy, roadmap, demand management, and investments aligned to business outcomes
• Guide stakeholder engagement, vendor relationships, and program governance to ensure platform stability and value
