CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is seeking a Senior Manager, ServiceNow Engineering - Remote. The role leads enterprise ServiceNow strategy, governance, and delivery while partnering with leaders to align investments with business outcomes.

You will mentor engineers, manage platform upgrades, and drive scalable modernization across IT service workflows. You will collaborate with vendors and executives to ensure platform security, reliability, and measurable value, while fostering a remote-first

Qualifications

10+ years experience managing IT systems and projects in a large IT department.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years managing technology professionals.
5+ years in matrix management and influence environments.
Excellent communication with executive and operational management.

Responsibilities

Define and implement multi-year ServiceNow platform strategy and roadmap.
Lead platform governance, demand management, and prioritization processes.
Oversee engineering standards, release management, and operational processes.
Guide delivery of ServiceNow improvements across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB/CSDM, Service Catalog, and more.
Monitor adoption, performance, and value of AI capabilities and platform modernization.
