The role emphasizes platform plan, AI enablement, and collaboration with business leaders, vendors, and partners to maximize service delivery

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience managing information tech systems and projects
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field
• 10+ years experience acquiring and managing technology professionals

• Lead multi-year ServiceNow platform strategy, roadmap, and investments
• Oversee a team of ServiceNow engineers for design, delivery, and support
