Job summary
CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is hiring a Senior Manager, ServiceNow Engineering for a remote role in the United States. You will lead the enterprise ServiceNow platform strategy, governance, and engineering delivery, directing a team of engineers and technical professionals to design, build, and continuously improve capabilities that enable enterprise service delivery.
You will collaborate with business leaders, technology teams, vendors, and partners to align investments with business
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 10+ years managing information technology systems and projects.
- 5+ years in matrix management and cross-functional leadership.
- Experience with enterprise IT platforms and ServiceNow a plus.
Responsibilities
- Define multi-year ServiceNow platform strategy, roadmap, and investments.
- Lead platform governance, demand management, and prioritization processes.
- Oversee engineering delivery, upgrades, integrations, and automation.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing ServiceNow engineering team.
- Manage relationships with ServiceNow, partners, and vendors.
