CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is hiring a Senior Manager, ServiceNow Engineering for a remote role. You will lead a team delivering ServiceNow platform strategy, governance, and modernization to enable enterprise service delivery.

You will collaborate with business and technology leaders, manage vendors, and ensure platform stability, security, and value realization across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM and related workflows. This role requires deep leadership and strategic execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years managing IT systems and large IT departments.
• 10+ years managing people and matrix environments.
• Extensive executive-level communication experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow and ITSM/ITOM platforms.
• Travel as required by role.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for ServiceNow engineering and governance.
• Oversee a team of ServiceNow engineers and professionals.
• Define platform strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities.
• Ensure platform stability, security, and compliance.
• Lead platform upgrades, integrations, and AI capabilities adoption.
• Collaborate with executives, vendors, and partners to drive value.
