Job summary

GEHA is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Administrator to lead day-to-day administration, production support, and platform health for the ServiceNow instance. The role includes automation, integrations, and advanced work on ITOM, CMDB, and CSDM maturity, with mentoring responsibilities for peers and driving sustainable solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of ServiceNow experience, strong JavaScript, and proven ability to translate business needs into scalable configurations using Flow

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field; relevant experience may count.
• 6+ years of ServiceNow administration, development, implementation, or consulting in a production environment.
• Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow troubleshooting skills.
• ServiceNow certifications preferred (System Administrator / Application Developer).

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day ServiceNow administration, monitoring, maintenance, and production support.
• Triage and resolve incidents, service requests, defects, access needs, and enhancements.
• Configure users, groups, roles, forms, notifications, and catalog items.
• Build and maintain Service Catalog items, workflows, and reports.
• Translate business needs into scalable configurations using Flow Designer and approved practices.
