GEHA Health is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Administrator to join the Enterprise Services and Support team. You will manage day-to-day ServiceNow operations, incident triage, catalog development, dashboards, and platform health while delivering scalable configurations and reliable production support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years in ServiceNow administration/consulting.
• Advanced hands-on experience with ServiceNow in a production environment.
• Experience building catalog items, flows, scripts, integrations, reports, and dashboards.
• Strong JavaScript knowledge and debugging skills.
• Ability to lead work from requirements through deployment and production support.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day ServiceNow administration, monitoring, and production support.
• Triage incidents, service requests, defects, and access needs.
• Configure users, groups, roles, forms, notifications, and catalog items.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and knowledge content.
• Lead complex configurations, automation, and integrations.
• Mentor teammates and participate in code reviews.
