Delve Underground, a leader in underground and heavy civil engineering, seeks a Seller-Doer Coaching Lead to build and lead a coaching team focused on client development and winning work. You will design the coaching program, set standards, and work with senior leadership to ensure high-impact outcomes.

This role blends hands-on coaching with strategic pursuit leadership. Responsibilities include shaping curricula, supervising coaches, co-leading training, and guiding pursuit strategies for mega

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• 15+ years of experience in AEC business development or pursuit strategy preferred.
• Proven coaching, mentoring and leadership capabilities.

Mansioni

• Lead and develop a coaching team of Seller-Doer coaches.
• Set coaching standards, curriculum, and templates for consistent delivery.
• Collaborate with CSO, Director of Growth and Market Leads on strategy and pursuits.
• Coach and participate in select client meetings, pursuit strategy sessions, and reviews.
• Measure and report coaching activity and outcomes in CRM.
• Coordinate with Proposal team on timelines and materials.
• Build pathways for career development from Coach to Senior Coach.
