Job summary

CHS Inc. in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area seeks an expert Scrum Master to lead delivery excellence across Go-to-Market product teams with a focus on Dynamics/CRM capabilities. This remote-based role requires on-site collaboration to support delivery across Agile teams.

The role Engineers delivery clarity, uses data to drive predictability, and coaches teams to remove impediments. Requires 7+ years in Agile or technology delivery and strong facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
7+ years in Agile, product, or technology delivery roles.
Experience coaching teams in complex, matrixed environments.
Ability to improve delivery flow, transparency, and team effectiveness.
Experience managing cross-team dependencies and risks.
Experience supporting portfolio planning and cross-team coordination.
Strong facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

Facilitate team cadences, planning, refinement, daily coordination, reviews and retrospectives.
Coach teams, Product Owners and partners on Agile and delivery practices.
Guide backlog readiness, work breakdown, and definitions of ready/done.
Foster a high-trust environment and self-management within delivery guidance.
Provide visibility into planned/in-progress work, risks, and dependencies.
Create and improve delivery health reporting using Azure DevOps, Miro, and MS tools.
Support release planning, readiness, deployment, and post-release learning.
Mentor Scrum Masters and Product Owners to strengthen Agile capabilities.
