Job summary

SOLV Energy seeks a senior SCADA design engineer to lead the in-house design of SCADA monitoring and control systems for utility-scale PV, BESS, and wind projects. This fully remote role involves producing detailed designs, enforcing SOLV standards, and supporting commissioning readiness and long-term reliability.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with emphasis on electrical systems or energy projects.
• Experience designing SCADA, networking, and control systems for utility-scale renewables is required.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and drawing standards is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own the in-house SCADA design of monitoring and control systems for utility-scale renewable projects (PV, BESS, Wind).
• Develop designs in AutoCAD, Visio, and related tools to produce comprehensive SCADA layouts.
• Define and document SCADA standards and best practices for design quality and consistency.
