Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a senior SCADA Design Lead to helm in-house SCADA monitoring and control system design for utility-scale renewable energy projects, including Solar PV, Wind, and BESS.

You will work in AutoCAD, Visio, and other tools to produce comprehensive designs and enforce SOLV standards. You will lead technical reviews, mentor engineers, and coordinate with SOLV OT teams to ensure design quality, reliability, and successful project handoffs.

Qualifications

• Direct experience in SCADA engineering.
• Advanced drafting of SCADA, networking, electrical, and substation designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex SCADA design workstreams for utility-scale PV, BESS, and power projects.
• Develop and maintain SCADA design standards and best practices.
• Review scope documents and approve drawings, wiring diagrams, BOMs.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with SOLV OT teams.
• Prepare project documentation in Visio and AutoCAD.
• Interface with third-party integrators and support FATs.
