Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Training to join a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will shape and lead sales training programs for Specialty Care markets, aligning content, delivery, and meeting strategies with business priorities.

You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders, manage training logistics and vendors, mentor new trainers, and ensure consistent field performance across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, education, marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a sales representative in the pharmaceutical industry.
• 2+ years of experience as an Area Sales Manager or Sales Training Manager.
• Experience as a District or Area Trainer preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sales, marketing, and training functions.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop training programs for sales professionals in Specialty Care markets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training with business needs.
• Oversee implementation of training solutions and ensure compatibility with marketing direction.
• Lead the development of national and regional sales meeting strategies and content.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate training logistics.
• Assess training needs and capabilities for sales teams.
• Mentor and lead new trainers in all aspects of the trainer role.
