Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Sales Training and Enablement professional for a fully remote role focused on boosting healthcare sales performance through targeted training, curriculum development, and enablement support.

You will collaborate with field sales and subject matter experts to deliver engaging learning experiences, analyze outcomes, manage LMS content, and drive onboarding and ongoing education programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 7 years of sales or sales enablement experience in US healthcare software.
• 2 years of executive-level presentations or educational content delivery.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Proficient in time management.
• Experience with sales enablement or adult learning concepts.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and Salesforce.com.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement sales skills training for field sales team members.
• Develop in-person and online curriculum content.
• Analyze sales data to identify training improvement opportunities.
• Manage learning management system content for sales education.
• Oversee onboarding and ongoing education event calendars.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create educational content.
• Document and track the impact of sales enablement events on sales effectiveness.
