Job summary

EVERSANA is seeking a Sr. Training Manager to develop, deliver, and manage pharmaceutical training programs. You will design content, lead live or virtual sessions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement training across projects.

Responsibilities include creating materials, supporting regulatory review, and coaching field trainers. A strong background in sales training and instructional design is required, with extensive MS Office and LMS experience.

Qualifications

• Pharmaceutical training experience is mandatory.
• Experience in pharmaceutical sales training is preferred.
• Experience managing multi-component programs under deadlines.
• Product launch experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong track record in developing and executing training programs.
• Proficiency with MS Office and related tools.
• Familiar with adult learning principles and instructional design.

Responsibilities

• Develop training materials and home-study resources for initial and follow-up training.
• Collaborate on dynamic learning materials and programs.
• Support project management practices and standards for training projects.
• Assist in LMS setup and production services.
• Learn new disease states and materials to train on quickly.
• Deliver engaging live or virtual training sessions.
• Provide train-the-trainer and new-hire training.
• Support sales teams with training at national meetings.
