The role combines strategic planning, cross-functional coordination, and data-driven decision-making to improve campaign effectiveness and resource allocation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or related field.
• 5-7 years of digital marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven track record in developing and executing brand media and digital strategies.
• Familiarity with marketing technology platforms such as Veeva and AI-enabled tools.
• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital and non-personal promotion strategy for a leading brand.
• Lead content development and execution across multiple digital channels.
• Guide channel strategy and tailor content throughout the customer journey.
• Represent digital materials in internal promotional reviews.
