Job summary

Keenova is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Training to lead development and execution of comprehensive training programs for a pharmaceutical sales force. This role collaborates with Marketing, Sales Operations, Medical, Regulatory and Legal to align trainings with brand strategy and market needs.

The Senior Manager will mentor a team of trainers, drive onboarding through advanced training, and oversee meetings, materials, and vendor partnerships.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in science, engineering, education, marketing, or a related field.
• At least 5 years' experience as a sales representative in the pharmaceutical industry.
• At least 2 years as an Area Sales Manager or a Sales Training Manager.
• A previous District or Area Trainer or like role is preferred.
• Significant exposure to sales, marketing, product management, and/or training functions.
• Knowledge of learning, training, testing, educational concepts, program design, implementation, and performance measurement is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Developing training programs that support promotion of multiple products across varied disease states and therapeutic areas.
• Lead and manage the Sales Training team, including vendor coordination and budget oversight.
• Plan national and regional sales meetings, agendas, content, and materials with cross-functional partners.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Sales Operations, Managed Markets and Compliance to translate market information into training topics.
• Oversee credentialing, learning management systems, and documentation for compliance and certification.
