Job summary

Keenova in Bridgewater, NJ is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Training to plan, develop and direct training programs for the sales force across branded pharmaceuticals. You will lead a team, collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Patient Access, and Compliance to align training with brand strategy and market needs, and own the delivery of onboarding and ongoing education for field teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, education, marketing, or related field.
5+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales.
2+ years as Area Sales Manager or Sales Training Manager.
Experience leading a training team.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of sales training programs for branded products.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Compliance and Legal to ensure training alignment with strategy.
Direct onboarding and ongoing education for field sales teams.
Manage budget, vendors, and timelines for training initiatives.
Develop content and materials for sales meetings and launches.
Oversee learning management system usage and credentialing processes.
