Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Manager, Sales Capabilities to shape sales training strategy across the commercial organization in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. The role emphasizes onboarding, ongoing development, and field effectiveness, partnering with Marketing and Medical Affairs to ensure compliant content and measurement of training impact.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only. Compensation: $115,000 – $145,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Education, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or dermatology sales.
• 1-3 years of sales training or field trainer experience.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, and familiarity with training technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate training programs for new hires and ongoing sales training.
• Create impactful learning solutions using adult learning principles.
• Develop content for product launches and ongoing education.
• Conduct field visits to coach and provide feedback to sales representatives.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Medical Affairs to ensure training accuracy and compliance.
• Measure training effectiveness and track KPIs for continuous improvement.
• Manage the learning curriculum in the LMS environment.
