Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing sales team, strengthen customer partnerships, and achieve our sales and profitability goals. You will coach, develop, and focus on the right opportunities, building senior-level relationships and escalating where needed.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Innovation, Customer Service and Operations to turn opportunities into results, owning commercial decisions within Amcor's Value Plus framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of B2B sales leadership in a large organization.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Experience in packaging, FMCG, or manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create clear account plans that connect customer needs with our capabilities and lead annual operating plans.
• Lead delivery of sales, growth and profitability targets with regional plans.
• Coach and develop the sales team and manage performance and succession plans.
• Lead pricing and pass-through initiatives to protect margins.
• Drive proactive sales funnel management and rolling forecasts.
