Job summary

Planet Green Holdings seeks a Senior Sales Executive in Recruiting and Staffing technology to drive new business remotely from the US market. You will prospect enterprise and mid-market firms, deliver product demonstrations, and close deals with a focus on Direct Hire, Contingent Hire, and Digital RPO solutions.

The role requires 3–7 years in staffing sales, a hunter mindset, and strong relationships with recruiters and executives.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of sales experience in Recruiting and Staffing.
• Entrepreneurial hunter mindset with a drive to close deals.
• Proven track record selling recruiting solutions to large enterprise customers.
• Strong relationships with key influencers in Recruiting and Staffing.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Tech-savvy with Zoom, Dynamics CRM, MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Prospect large enterprise and mid-market companies, manage sales opportunities, present solutions, demonstrate product and close sales.
• Manage complex sales cycles and influence decision-makers at various levels.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.
