Job summary

Affirm, Inc. in the United States (remote-first) seeks a Senior Sales Engineer who blends deep technical acumen with clear communication to help enterprise merchants design scalable, reliable checkout and payment solutions on the Affirm platform.

You will work with Sales, Engineering and Product teams, act as a trusted technical advisor, architect end-to-end integrations, and influence product direction while building reusable assets and demos for pre‑sales engagements.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in business/technology or equivalent account management experience.
• Strong technical and communications capabilities.
• Experience in payments, fintech, or related industry.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert on integration solutions and merchant checkout.
• Architect end-to-end solutions addressing customer challenges.
• Build trusted relationships with Enterprise & Key merchants.
• Collaborate with sales and partner teams to drive opportunities.
• Provide actionable insights to product management from customer feedback.
• Create reusable assets, training materials, and demos for go-to-market.
