Job summary

Zscaler seeks a Senior Sales Engineer to join the Majors Account team in a remote role based in Missouri. You will architect technical solutions that address critical customer pain points and guide AI-enabled change management in large enterprise accounts.

You will demonstrate AI fluency, leverage LLMs and AI tools to accelerate design, troubleshooting, and solution validation, while collaborating with the sales organization to close strategic opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–8+ years of Sales Engineer or Systems integrator experience.
• Knowledge of network security technologies.
• Experience working with large enterprise accounts.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate troubleshooting and solution design.

Responsibilities

• Architect technical solutions addressing customer pain points during the sales cycle (technical sales process).
• Guide customers through AI change management and align business workflows with AI capabilities.
• Collaborate with sales teams to drive adoption and successful deployments in enterprise accounts.
