Job summary

Zscaler is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to join the Majors West team in a remote capacity. You will partner with customers to understand needs and present technical solutions across the Zscaler platform, driving demonstrations and proof-of-value.

You will thrive in ambiguity, build empathy for customers, and leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate troubleshooting, design, and customer outcomes while maintaining strong technical judgment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Network Systems integrator.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent working experience.
• Proven cybersecurity and networking background with TCP/IP, DNS, routing, VPN and firewalls.
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CCNA, Network+, CCNP, CCIE, or Security+.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver technical product presentations to prospective customers.
• Gather customer technical requirements to ensure proposed solutions meet customer goals.
• Lead product evaluations and custom product configurations.
• Design evaluation test plans with customers and guide the process to successful outcomes.
