Job summary

Kobie Marketing is a remote‑first loyalty and martech leader seeking a Sr. Sales Enablement Associate to empower deal teams.

You’ll produce RFP/RFI responses, draft pitch content, and create demo assets in collaboration with Business Development and Client Services. You’ll build playbooks, battlecards, and training videos, manage RFP repositories, apply AI tools to accelerate work, and maintain a single source of truth in HubSpot.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in sales enablement or related content/sales-support functions.
• Builds and maintains RFP/RFI responses in Loopio and assembles full responses under deadlines.
• Produces on‑brand sales and training decks in PowerPoint for client engagements.
• Creates enablement and training videos with AI-assisted tools to enable repeatable learning.

Responsibilities

• Produce deal‑driven sales artifacts on demand, including RFP/RFI responses and pitch content.
• Draft objection‑handling guides and playbooks to support Business Development and Client Services.
• Build and maintain sales playbooks, battlecards, and positioning materials.
• Produce enablement videos in Synthesia and maintain a centralized content library.
• Maintain RFP repositories in Loopio and ensure assets are current and retrievable.
• Apply AI tools to accelerate drafting and improve quality and volume of output.
• Compile competitive intelligence and translate findings into actionable materials.
• Organize content in HubSpot and ensure a single source of truth for assets.
• Version-control the content library and track usage/feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with GTM Enablement and Product to influence future materials.
