Job summary

Kobie Marketing, a remote-friendly loyalty leader, is seeking a Sr. Sales Enablement Associate to support active deals, create RFP responses, pitch content, and demo support in collaboration with Business Development.

You will build playbooks and training materials, apply AI tools to speed drafting, maintain HubSpot content records, and contribute market insights back to GTM Enablement and Product to shape future assets.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in sales enablement or related content support.
• Ability to build and maintain RFP/RFI responses and playbooks.
• Experience creating polished decks and training materials.
• Familiarity with SaaS, CRM, and loyalty/martech concepts.

Responsibilities

• Produce deal-driven sales artifacts on demand, including RFP and RFI responses, pitch content, and demos in partnership with Business Development.
• Draft objection-handling guides and talk tracks for live selling situations.
• Build and maintain sales playbooks, battlecards, and positioning materials.
• Produce enablement videos in Synthesia for repeatable learning resources.
• Maintain the RFP response repository, ensuring accuracy and quick retrieval.
• Apply Claude and other AI tools to accelerate drafting and improve quality.
• Compile competitive intelligence on loyalty and martech vendors for positioning teams.
