Job summary

Kobie Marketing is seeking a Sr. Sales Enablement Associate to empower Business Development, Client Services, and Marketing with crisp, on-brand materials. You will deliver RFP responses, pitch content, and demos, while partnering with teams to win deals and accelerate enablement.

You will also build playbooks, battlecards, and training videos, applying AI tools to speed delivery and maintain a current, accessible content library. Remote-friendly role with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in sales enablement, GTM enablement, competitive intelligence, or a related content and sales-support function.
• Builds and maintains RFP/RFI responses and answer libraries under deadline.
• Creates enablement and training decks and AI-assisted content.

Responsibilities

• Produce deal-driven sales artifacts on demand (RFP/RFI, pitch content, demos).
• Draft objection-handling guides and talk tracks for live selling.
• Build and maintain sales playbooks, battlecards, and positioning materials.
• Produce enablement videos and maintain content repositories.
• Organize a single source of truth for sales content and track usage for improvements.
