Job summary

Kobie Marketing, a leader in loyalty and martech, seeks a Sr. Sales Enablement Associate to empower Business Development, Client Services, and Marketing with ready-to-use assets.

You will produce RFP/RFI responses, pitch decks, and training content, leveraging AI tools, Loopio, Synthesia, and HubSpot to keep assets current and impactful. You will help build playbooks and battlecards, organize a shared content library, and collaborate across teams to accelerate deal cycles while ensuring brand

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in sales enablement, GTM enablement, competitive intelligence, or a related content and sales-support function.
• Builds and maintains RFP and RFI responses in Loopio, including answer library upkeep and full response assembly under deadline.
• Produces polished, on-brand sales and training decks in PowerPoint, translating complex solutions into clear narratives.
• Creates enablement and training videos in Synthesia to deliver repeatable, self-serve content.
• Applies AI tools to draft, summarize, and accelerate enablement content with brand‑fit.

Responsibilities

• Produce deal-driven artifacts on demand, including RFP/RFI responses and pitch content.
• Draft objection-handling guides and playbooks for live selling situations.
• Build and maintain sales playbooks, battlecards, and positioning materials.
• Produce training content and enablement videos for repeatable self-serve learning.
• Maintain a single source of truth for sales content with version control.
