Cribl is a B2B SAAS data observability company hiring a Revenue Operations Senior Analyst to support sales strategy and GTM planning. You will develop segmentation models, design territories and compensation, and serve as a strategic advisor to Sales VPs.

Youll maintain dashboards in Salesforce, Gong, and Omni, improve CRM workflows, and ensure data integrity across accounts, opportunities and territories. This role requires 2–5 years in analytical roles at high-growth tech firms and strong

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Consulting, Revenue/Sales Operations, or a related analytical role at a high-growth B2B SaaS company
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience building models and reports that drive business decisions; proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets required
• Experience with Salesforce CRM or tools like Omni, Gong, or similar RevOps platforms is a plus
• Exceptionally detail-oriented; you catch what others miss and value clean data for credible recommendations

Responsibilities

• Develop segmentation models, territory designs & compensation plans aligned with go-to-market motion
• Serve as a strategic advisor to Sales VPs by diagnosing pipeline opportunities and recommending data-backed actions
• Maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce, Gong & Omni to surface key metrics and trends
• Identify and drive improvements to CRM workflows and data quality to boost rep productivity
• Maintain data integrity in Salesforce across accounts, opportunities and territories in line with segmentation ROEs
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing and People teams on GTM planning and key decisions
