Job summary

ChowNow is seeking a Senior Revenue Enablement Program Manager to accelerate revenue performance through AI-driven enablement across Sales, Product, Marketing, and RevOps. You will build AI-powered workflows and nudges to improve rep productivity and adoption, reporting to the Director of Revenue Enablement.

The role is remote in the United States with global scope opportunities and a strong emphasis on measurable outcomes, adoption, and scalable enablement programs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Sales Enablement or Revenue Enablement.
• Proven track record turning diagnosed gaps into scalable AI-powered workflows.
• Strong data fluency and ability to tie initiatives to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose gaps & design AI-powered rep workflows that change behavior.
• Lead enablement initiatives for product launches, pricing, and onboarding.
• Measure impact and partner with Sales leadership to drive revenue growth.
