Job summary

ChowNow is seeking a Senior Sales & Customer Success Operations Manager to partner deeply with Sales and CS, owning operational execution and removing friction across workflows.

You will define requirements, work with Business Systems on Salesforce enhancements, and ensure data hygiene while reducing manual work so reps can focus on impact. This role reports to the Head of Revenue Operations and is remote within the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales ops, revenue ops, customer success ops or similar cross-functional role.
• Strong Salesforce reporting and data skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into buildable requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own sales operations processes including territory transfers, discounts, commissions, and deal desk.
• Define onboarding lifecycle requirements and SLAs; ensure smooth handoffs between sales, onboarding, and restaurant success.
• Maintain and improve CRM data hygiene; build reports and dashboards for performance tracking.
• Develop and maintain customer lifecycle definitions from onboarding to renewal and expansion; support CS capacity planning.
• Lead process improvements to reduce manual work and increase operational efficiency across Revenue, Sales, and CS teams.
